There will be those customers who want to look well on trend at all times, those who desire a few key pieces to salute the arrival of the new season, to those who do not know or care about trends – they simply wish to dress well.

   

By combining skills as a Stylist, Image Consultant, Coach, Mentor and Customer Services Trainer, Stylicious provides a quality package that incorporates training staff working in Fashion Retail in how to match product to best dress the customer in relation to body shape, desire and need – and to maximise sale opportunities by bringing in cross-selling such as introducing accessories to the customer to build complete outfits.

  

Earlier this year, Stylicious was delighted to build upon a previous working relationship with the Manager of Reiss in Nottingham by collaborating on the development and production of a short film. The result is a trial product to serve as a Customer Service Training Tool for staff. It has been put forward for consideration as a model to use in the development of a comprehensive staff training package.
